Stayed there for two nights. Very nice and modern Hostel. Big beds! During my stay I had two share the complete hostel with only two other persons. Everything was very clean. The Hostel is near the main station of Hualien City, but is quite far away from the city center and from the beach. I would recommend renting a scooter nearby. I used the hostel as basepoint for hiking Taroko. If you have a scooter it’s a good location, since the connecting highway is nearby.
