Multi-lingual staff are very helpful, restaurant & bar are part of the hotel. The tram stop is just a few steps away.

For the price, you can't go wrong with the Hotel Stoller. The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Bathroom was purple which we thought was very cool. Free coffee was provided :)

Everything was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Only small thing was that the bathroom was a little cramped.

This hotel is so clean and comfortable, the rooms are  well equipped, beds large, spotless and have good linens. Very friendly personal, they also allowed us to check-in ahead of time, which was a great help. Breakfast and restaurant service excellent. The tram runs a few meters from the hotel. Thank you, it was a great stay.

The property was easily accessible through public transportation, Bus 3 from the Main Train Station.  The room was really clean and fresh.  Loved the free mini-bar items.  The staff were the best.  They make one feel welcome.

Stands out in cleanliness, well located around a couple of very good restaurants and cafés, which makes up for being a little of our city center.

A beautiful hotel which is very clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel offers car parking but you have to be quick because it’s first come first served. We missed the parking but were directed to a car park across the road which, incidentally, was cheaper than the price for parking suited at the hotel.

Expensive but very clean and well kept.

Its a bit away the city cenyre but the tram ride is just across the street for 4.60 sfr ride.For the price, its quite good value by Zurich standard Hardwood floors  newer bathroom  comfy bed!Staff were nice, helpfulTook taxi to airport for 65sfr as too early to b catching tram  got 9there in less than 15 mins

The Hotel was not as central as I expected, but while I got the correct/needed information how to get there it was very smooth to get there by the tram. It took me over an hour to find that information and I could have walked or taken a taxi to get there faster. The personnel of the hotel did not listen to what I said and they did not know about some information that I found out myself in 10 minutes about the surrounding. Also, I did not see the balcony until 30 minutes before I left the hotel.One more thing on the bad side. It said at Hotels.com that the rooms were isolated from noices, but I could clearly hear people/other guests that were outside the corridor.The room was nice but I think that the beds should/could have been cleaned better.I probably have more to say. In general I got ok value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I’m heat intolerant due to MS and they immediately provided me with a fan. I loved that there was a bathtub. There was an amazing bakery next door! The tram station is right outside the hotel to take you to city center. The bedding was comfortable and they provided with me with extra pillows when I asked. I would stay here again.

Comfortable stay. The sound from the busier street was a little loud so light sleepers might need earplugs. I appreciated that the minibar was included and restocked and that there were umbrellas available to borrow. The sink in the bathroom was a bit small but otherwise the room was comfortable for a solo traveller so no complaints. Right on public transit so easy to get around. I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic experience at the Hotel Stoller. A medium sized family owned hotel in the heart of Zurich. 5 stars in every department. In particular the staff really stood out as being extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Hotel restaurant was a massive surprise. Extremely high end dining at a very reasonable price especially for Switzerland. Thoroughly recommended.

Hotel Stoller is in a convenient location for getting around the city, right on the tram line. Also super convenient for the airport. The staff are very friendly and the cost was reasonable for expensive Zürich! We did not make use of the restaurant but the hotel room was comfortable and had complementary drinks in the bar fridge which was a nice touch. I would recommend

Well equipped and comfortable rooms in a decent area of Zurich. Just a few minutes walk from the Letzigrund Stadium. Many transport options just a few steps away, and only about 30 minutes to the airport. Free in-room tea and coffee and complementary soft drinks from the mini-bar were a bonus. Rooms have a safe and plenty of hanging and storage space. Even a little balcony! Jimi Hendrix stayed here in 1968! Best thing was the price which represented great value for such an expensive city. Quite a few places to eat and drink locally, some really cool, but shop around for value. The best we found was literally next door.

Really nice affordable boutique hotel with immaculate room and a mini bar with several free drinks. Location is an easy 35 to 40 minute walk from the Central Train Station or alternatively just get on the No.3 Tram which takes around 10 minutes and Tram/Bus stop is less than 100 metres from the Hotel. There are several eateries and supermarkets within a few minutes walk of the hotel.
