Haus Granit Zermatt

Myself and three friends stayed at this apartment in Zermatt in March 2023. We were astounded by the apartment's proximity to essential shops, restaurants, bars, and, most importantly, the ski slopes. The apartment was impeccably tidy and well-maintained, but the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a delightful surprise – welcome chocolates and alcoholic beverages, which added a delightful touch to our stay. Our host, Menno, was incredibly accommodating and remained in constant communication. If we ever needed anything, a quick message to Menno on WhatsApp ensured a prompt resolution. Benedetta, the housekeeper, resides in the same building, guaranteeing swift assistance whenever we required extra towels or other amenities. We're eagerly planning to return to this apartment for our next ski trip, this time with more friends! Honestly, I would rate this apartment five out of five stars for its exceptional host and incredible location. And let's not forget that the train station is a mere 5-minute walk from the apartment! Our heartfelt thanks for being such an outstanding host. We can't wait to visit again soon!
