We had the most unforgettable stay at Riffelhaus 1853, and I can’t say enough good things about the incredible team here. Dior and Sven went above and beyond for us, and every single staff member made us feel truly cared for over the last four days. Their kindness, professionalism, and warmth made all the difference in the unique situation we were all just in. That kind of service is rare, and it meant the world to us.We wouldn’t trade the experience we just had for anything. We’re leaving with full hearts and a deep appreciation for all the people who made it so special.
