(+) I liked this small hotel in Arolla. If you are into hiking and prefer basic comfort für affordable money, this hotel is for you. It is located in a great valley with many routes. Blue lake is just 30 minutes by walking. I recommend to stay for a dinner at the hotel. There is no extended menu but their chef is good! All shared facilities are clean, staff members are friendly and breakfast is good enough. Parking is available on site. (-) I tried to contact Pension du Lac Blue via booking and their e-mail but never received a reply concerning my luggage that I wanted to leave in the morning. At the end it was possible but it would have been nice to receive a feedback in advance
