Really impreeesed with this small hotel, interior design and furnishings were superb and made one feel very welcome as did the hotel owners. Well placed for Gothemborg and surounding areas and very relaxing to come home to in the evening, even a hot tub to relax in, can not praise this place too much, we were very suprised by the quality when we arrived. 
One minor point is that the shower cabin door was very narrow and would obviously creat a problem for anyone who is xxl.

We stayed for one night after a wedding and had three rooms for an extended family of six people (three couples). It seems me and my partner were the luckiest since we got the room with the best decor. But depending on what your looking for I can say that room number 8 is really tacky decor-wise, however much bigger (almost twice the size!) than the tastfully decorated room no 5. Location was perfect, the wedding was about 25 meters from the hotel. Breakfast was ok, cosy and small but maybe to small. If you are big on eating a cooked breakfast, don't get your hopes up.

We have been there twice and spent two nights each time. It is usually a quite hotel (but you need to make sure that the owners are not renting out the conference room in the basement for a party, otherwise your stay may not as pleasant as expected). The rooms are nice and cozy and we like the atmosphere of this Hotel.  The owners are kind and friendly and the breakfast is VERY good, which is important for us. The shower room is perfectly OK but small and there is hardly no place to store or place your soap, shampoo and such, which does it make it too convenient for a longer stay. Still we enjoy this Hotel and we may return!

Pick room no 5!

Pleasant stay

Stayed here with family on recent trip thru Sweden. It is about 20-30 minutes from Göteborg. Our room was fine, it was clean and the place is quite charming. However: in the morning sometime around 8ish the owner started drilling right outside our room. The owners had decided to do some building work in the morning before breakfast. I had to get dressed and ask them to show some consideration. Very unprofessionally done, bad judgement. Breakfast was unimpressive. I usually expect breakfast at smaller non-chain hotels to be a little better than the lousy Scandic Hotel style breakfasts. But nope, the owners here do no understand that breakfast is an important part of the hotel experience.

Strange place

I recently stayed at this so called hotel that was more like a family home and I would consider it a bed and breakfast.   We had two reservations for 2 bigger double rooms and even by confirming it with the hotel, we only got one big room and a tiny one bed room with a sort of shower/toilet bathroom.  
The place is old and needs some freshening up work done.  My room was so small, that if you had two suitcases, you would have never been able to fit in the room.  The room also was poorly insulated so the noise from the street as well from the neighbors TV set was very apparent.  
Breakfast was included in the very high price but wasn't anything to cry for.   The bed is old and has a valley of the nights in the middle.  The room was not very clean as spiderwebs where hanging from the ceiling.  Pipes for the heading at the side of the bed and the electrical outlet on the head of the bed made it for a very uncomfortable setup. Watch out for room 7.  

I suggest you work on the decor of some rooms and advertise your business as bed and breakfast and you could make some serious business, however until that happens, I will gladly stay at the hotel next door what is a real hotel with 4 stars. 

Upon checkout, we got only charged for the single use of the rooms what was at least a nice gesture.  Unfortunately, the experience is tinted and that is what makes up for the next reservation to happen or not.
