This is a beautifully preserved historic facility filled with carefully chosen modern art. The way the modern and old are combined is done with such good taste. The rooms are very comfortable and so nicely designed. A tour of the estate is offered every day free of charge for guests of the hotel at 11 by a guide who will take you back to the time it was built. Important to note that they don't offer meals here but the kitchen is so well equipped that you can prepare your own breakfast no problem. I really liked that the manager sent me an email two weeks ahead of our arrival to confirm the reservation once again and that he reminded us that they didn't serve meals with a note about a very nice little "gårdsbutik" near by. This is a place is very well priced and near the city of Karlskrona.
