Although after reading the excellent reviews online, I had high expectations when arriving to the retreat, but what eventual experience I had, it exceeded all the possible expectations on how much you do actually heal there. What made it so effective was the attention to detail by team members on all aspects of the retreat: from perfect planning focusing on different chakra each day during breath-work, yoga & workshops, to a very safe and supportive social space allowing you to really immerse in provided tools to heal and become more mindful in such a short time. As a coffee addict and meat eater, I thought it will be challenging to adapt to a strict vegan diet with no coffee, however I now think it only helped me in the practices. Plus the food was so delicious! Although practicing conscious connecting breathwork can be quite intense, it is a life changing experience and would recommend this retreat to anyone who is in need of a wake up call in their life and wants to be present. What does make Green Peace Inn exceptional is that you go through intense healing journey in quite a short time feeling safe, energized, accepted and supported by the amazing team and your fellow group members. This was one of a lifetime experience bringing so much joy and clarity in your mind, body and soul! Although I am devastated the retreat is now over, I am so grateful I can now start living my life being present with the tools provided during the retreat.
