We often stay at this hotel when we visit Kataragama.Rooms are AC (working) with clean beds, clean floor importantly clean wash rooms as well.We found this hotel 5 years back but still manage in almost same condition up to date.
Pool is small but due to less crowd affordable to all guests.This place is close to sacred city and town so it's easy to access those, May be by a tuk tuk during night. Food is bit overpriced so we stay here BB.
Sure among one of the best places with reasonable price with in city.

We stayed there for 2 times when we were at kataragama, our room was well clean with a good wash room but I suggest them to fix a bigger A/C for their family room bcz it took longer time to cool our room.

Clean place at Kataragama

Good place

Our purpose of the travel was to visit Kiri Vehera and the Shrine. Except for the swimming pool which we did not use everything else was very basic and average. Food was not very tasty. 
Location is very convenient to us as it is very close to the sacred sites. Staff were friendly and helpful.
As there are many hotels in and around Kataragama it is advisable to check the other locations as I felt the price was a little high for the facilities provided unless of course you want to make use of the swimming pool. 


Pretty Average Hotel

We were there for half board package during our pilgrimage visit at Katharagama. We ordered vegetarian foods and we got it in a basic way in dining room, which was near our room. Once we enter the room there was a bad smell and it was horrible inside the bathroom. My son of 7 years old refused to enter the bathroom and he felt like vomiting. We managed to stay the night and we left the room early morning for our Pooja. We came back around 12 pm and our breakfast on their dining room and they asked us to have it. One of my friend recommended this place as a good place but it seems they don't manage it well. Pool also very dirty and you cannot allow kids to use it. I don't want to go this place again

Keep Manage as a Good Place

Stayed here for 2 nights and didnt have power from time to time. Bathroom was smelly, beds were dusty, no plug points were working, no hot water, and to top it all they served old food which was spoilt and it was the same for the 3 days we stayed. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone!
