I friend and I stayed there for a couple of days and we love this place.
The place is super near to the beach and has a small garden where you can chill out and relax. The kitchen has a fridge and you can cook everything you want. We asked the owner for a wine store and stored our beer in the fridge. This is a great oppertunity to save some money.
The rooms where clean and tha bed has a good misquito net. The bathrooms are big and there is hot water all the time.
The wifi worked great and we never had any problems. You can wash your laundry and hang it up in the garden.
We can definitly recommend this guest house. 10/10 we will visit again

Me and my boyfriend stayed there for 1 week and we were so happy and satisfied with everything. 
Its the cheapest place we could get around here ( Backpacker, you know ;) ) and we dont regret it. 
The family is SUPER FRIENDLY, the price is more than fair, comfortable bed, hot water and even a kitchen and a fridge which you can use :)

The wifi works 24/7 , super fast internet. And the location is great. Very quiet area and you can easily reach every place around from this guesthouse! Unawatuna beach, jungle beach and also all restaurants and bars are very near. Unawatuna beach is less than 1 Minute walking.

One time we had a spider in our room, but trust me, you will have that in every hotel you go to. Before we stayed at a place 3 times the price and we also had animals in the room. Welcome to Sri Lanka ;) 

If we come back, we defenitely will stay here again!

Great guest house

More than positive!

please, dont go there. they stole money from russian lady who was travelling with little son in 2018. we were careful, but two times we forgot to lock money and left them in the backpack. both times owners were stealing money very quickly. nobody else has access to locked rooms. on the complains the owner reacted very agressive telling that he gave rooms for the cheap price. really??? that gave you a right to steal?? we are going to police.

Don't go there, it's disgusting, we had no water, no electricity and the manager said us it will going to make a price about it but nothing ! We paid a big price for a horrible place. Don't go there !!!! The worse place ever on Unawatuna for sure !!
