We were here 23- 27th March 2019. Kumara and his family were excellent hosts. Lovely room on the first floor. Very clean. Homecooked food by Kumara's wife Nadeeka, the best Sri Lankan food we tasted on our trip. Very reasonable prices. Kumara was kind enough to take me to the hospital in Matara several times when I required hospital treatment and was available to translate for me. We really felt part of their wonderful family and were truly sad to have to leave. They also organised us a taxi back to Colombo for our flight home. We both hope that we will be able to visit again soon. Watching a family of monkeys from our balcony every morning was interesting, And only a minute from a lovely quiet beach. A big thank you to the family for their wonderful hospitality. Jim+ Cilla (the guy with the bite on his finger!)
