INN On The Tree Eco Resort Sigiriya

We stayed for two nights, and couldn’t be happier about the experience as a whole! Fantastic customer service and the staff puts conscious effort in making the experience a great one for everyone. They’re respectful of space and needs, and are happy to assist in any way they can. The food is very good and has a home made touch that makes the whole thing an ever lasting memory!

A private home high up among the trees…The premise is peaceful with generous space for each unit. So you are not disturbed by other guests. The room is very clean and airy, open to the trees. A big bed with a mosquito net and a ceiling fan. The balcony is also spacious with nice chairs. A perfect place for people who enjoys being in nature. The staff members are one of the best I have encountered. They are very kind and helpful with everything.

We choose this place for our daughter’s 10th birthday celebration it was a Great place for holiday and relaxing. 

Also close to sigiriya lion’s rock and pidurangala rock temple 

Food is best and friendly staff everything is perfect highly recommended

This is a really great place to stay in Sirigiya. Staying in a tree house is quite an experience, right in the middle of the forest. The staff is great, they are hard working young men ready to help you with everything you need. You should do the trecking around the Inn with Kalinda, one of the staff at the Inn. 
Overall, excellent experience.   

My friends and I stayed at Inn on a Tree for two nights while visiting Sigiriya. I had stayed there once before some years ago and this time didn't disappoint! The rooms were beautiful and the bathroom was clean. The little balcony was perfect and the elephant crackers going off in the night made for an authentic experience! I would very much recommend staying here :)

We stayed three nights at Inn on the Tree and enjoyed every minute there! We really liked the adventure to stay on a tree house and waking up in the morning with the sound of jungle is totally enjoyable! The staff there is sooo nice and helpful. There is nothing that they did not make possible for us! They even cooked some meal especially for us which was delicious! In the night it can be a little bit fresh, but the staff brought us extra blankets. We definitely recommend it and hope to come back there one day!

We stayed 2 days here in january 2022. Great place with a amazing environment. Good staff also' Can recommend to everyone who love to enjoy real nature expirience. all things goes very well. our next sri lankan visti we like come here again

I have stayed with my friends in Inn on the tree hotel and it was best experience in tree house so far. It is quiet place with unique type of accommodation and great food. If you are looking for something different, this is definitely it.

The staff at Inn On The Tree were some of my favorite people - they are so smiley, fun, friendly and caring. This place is literally in the jungle so if you are scared, it is not the place for you but nothing dangerous happened. It was really cool to sleep and wake up to the sound of nature. And their FOOD is amazing! Honestly some of the best food I had in Sri Lanka and they have a wide variety of different options. I highly recommend this place, honestly how nice the people were made it such an unforgatable exepreice. I do recommend having bug repellent to spray on yourself to make the experience more fun to be outside or just don't wear shorts/short sleeves.

Great stay in Sigiriya, highly recommended!

Stay here when in Sigiriya.

A nice, clean and well maintained place located in Sigiriya, not very far from the Sigiriya rock fortress. So it is a perfect place to spend your night if you want to visit there the next day. Friendly staff, food was good and a quiet environment. The hotel did not have a card system to pay on checking out, so you will have to carry cash.

Great place with great people!

My spouse and I went on our honeymoon to Sri Lanka and stayed at Inn on the Tree for two nights. The food at the restaurant was excellent and being immersed in the jungle was amazing! Our service by the guys who run the hotel was unbelievable, anything we needed they would drop everything to help us. They were so friendly and I would recommend staying there for them alone (unfortunately I don't remember their names but we did not have a negative interaction with anybody). Our only critique is that we would have liked to know that the rooms were fully open to the nature. There were many mosquitos and a few lizards, so if this doesn't bother you its a really perfect place!

Fun experience!

All accommodation is individual cabins designed as tree houses. Lovely situation surrounded by trees, and bird life amazing with superb dawn chorus. Staff friendly, happy and helpful. Food excellent. Very relaxed place to stay. Not luxurious but really charming and felt natural. Chipmunks and birds feeding near the dining area provide great entertainment. Great fun and would recommend.

Totally different

A real experience. Don’t expect any sort of luxury but this is an amazing experience for those who are prepared to compromise.  Loved it from the moment you climb up from steep stairs up to your room. Room itself is basic.  A real treehouse no windows just bamboo roller blinds which open up to the tree canopy. would love to stay longer next time.
