Passi Villas Passikudah Hotel

We are family of 3 and we're staying at Passi Villas for two weeks with my 3 yo daughter. It is a wonderful place with large rooms in a good condition, huuuge bathroom with a bathtub, big terrace where we’ve had a lot of delightful breakfasts and lovely pool with a small part for kids. Even though that we were the only guest for 2 weeks pool was cleaning every day, all dishes from the menu was available and everyone from the hotel always willing to help. And if there wasn't one hallmark it will be just one good 4-star hotel among the others. BUT what amazed me the most and made the different - it is the staff and especially the hotel manager - Amila. He is unbelievably honest, hardworking, kind and heartful man. I travel a lot, but I rarely met the people like him. And all his team member is the same! When you came in Passi Villa you have everything from a good 4 star hotel but on top of that and this what makes this place outstanding is a feeling when everyone treat you like you are there best friends and with sincerely, from the bottom of there hearts try to do their best to make you happy and comfortable. And you know...It is indeed touching. PS Guys, if you are reading this - thank you so much! This was a remarkable staying and I'm grateful that I started my experience of Sri Lanka from your hotel, cause you have created for me an impression of Sri Lanka’s people and it's still warm my heart ❤️
