I stayed here one night, traveling solo, after landing in Colombo late at night. Negombo is actually closer to the airport than Colombo! Cinnamon is a spotless, simple guesthouse with a beautiful garden and lovely hosts. Great shower! Delicious breakfast at time of your choosing. As it is a short drive from the airport so excellent option for one night before heading off to Sigi/ Kandy/ the mountains. They let me arrive late (after midnight), organized a driver from airport for 1500 rupees, included a delicious breakfast of eggs, pancakes and fruit. Quick and good responses to all emails through booking.com. Tip: for onward travel it was cheaper to get the next guesthouse to arrange it Slight gripe: water wasn’t included in price (100 rupees for a small bottle which is overpriced) but everything else was good value for money I would stay here again and thanks for staying up late to greet me!
