First, I stayed for 2 nights in this lovely guesthouse, just 2 minutes away from the beach. Quiet neighbourhood, but not far from the Mirissa junction. The family arranged my whale watching tour for me and made me 2 amazing rice and curries 2 days in a row... The family was very nice, after 1 month of travelling alone, it was nice to feel as if in my own family. Wonderful hosts, who even let me help them to cook diner ! Breakfast was also great, on the nice terrasse ! I had a fan cooled room with shared bathroom. It was perfect for me. So perfect I decided to go back there for 2 days at the end of my vacation, just to relax, and I was treated like a real family member :) Very sweet family and amazing food for a reasonable price, what more could you ask for ?! I would definitely go back there if I were to fly to Sri Lanka again :)
