We had a truly delightful stay at Radisson Colombo. From the moment I arrived, the exceptional service at the reception set the tone for a fantastic visit. The front desk team were warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and they were generous to upgrade our stay to sea view room. they were always ready with helpful recommendations throughout my stay. The breathtaking views from the ON14 Rooftop Bar were absolutely mesmerizing — especially during sunset, which painted the sky with stunning colors and created unforgettable evenings. It’s the kind of beauty that keeps calling you back. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional hospitality from Viraj and Anushka. Their genuine warmth and outstanding service made us feel truly valued as a guest/ Customer. Morning started on a high note with a fantastic breakfast spread. The variety and quality of the dishes were impressive — from fresh fruits and baked goods to hot local and international options, everything was delicious and well-presented. The attentive staff made sure guests had everything they needed, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere to begin the day.
