I'm so glad that i found this lovely homestay in Kandy. The reviews sounded good and they were accurate. My hosts were so helpful. I had two nights with them but only one full day in Kandy and they helped me make the most of this time with a great driver recommendation and lots of helpful tips. Meals were served on the lovely balcony with fabulous views over the city and the mountains - breakfast was great and i was lucky enough to enjoy a truly delicious dinner there too. The homestay is a little way out of the city but the trip up the mountain and the view make it well worthwhile!!! It is really only a short tuk tuk ride into town and it's a fun part of the experience. I recommend staying here : )
