Fantastic B&B, super luxurious, hosts were super hospitable, made us great food, and helped us organise all our activities here in Kandy, would highly recommend. Also, a fantastic view of Kandy from the balcony. We definitely recommend and would stay again if coming back!

A lovely comfortable stay with very kind staff. The room was clean and the bedding was super comfy. AC was good. The two boys that hosted us were very kind and quiet and respectful. Great views from the balcony and a nice hopper breakfast. I would definitely visit again if visiting Kandy. Thanks!

We had a really nice stay. The Building itself is very nice! From the balcony you have a great view of Kandy.
The bed was comfortable and the room includes ac and a ventilator.
And the breakfast was as well really good and very tasty!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond with their exceptional service and kindness. The room was spotless and comfortable. Convenient tuktuk services at reasonable rates make exploring the area a breeze. The city view was amazing.

We have had the best time at 36 B&B! The rooms are spotless, the staff are so kind and the breakfast was always delicious. The views over Kandy are also a beautiful thing to see first thing in the morning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kandy :)

Splendid views, tasty breakfast and dinners. And a lot of Sri Lanka’s hospitality and kindhearted people.

Super view from balcony of room. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Quite place away from noisy city center. Public transport not easily available at hotel location. Complimentary tea with cookies. 

We had a wonderful and relaxed two day short vacation with amazing view facing to famous Knuckles mountain range.  The staff is amazingly helpful and we felt we are in our own holiday house.  The breakfast is perfect match and the staff is very kind and helpful.  Bit difficult to find but after having the proper address Google maps direct you to the property easily. Looking forward to visit soon.

Stayed her for only one night. Our room was big with a balcony and a fantastic view over the hills surrounding Kandy. Nice local breakfast! I am glad we chose a place a little further away from the city. 10 - 15 minutes by foot to city centre. We followed the road past the viewing point and took a small road to right. This road and steps took us right to the lake.

Relaxed Stay 

Lovely bed and breakfast, huge spacious rooms, I had the queen room with the balcony overlooking the city! Amazing panoramic views from the balcony of the main lobby too where I often sat with a cup of tea in the day and also the evening to see the lights of Kandy at night. Loved to see the monkeys walking around too. I was warmly welcomed upon my arrival with a nice cup of tea. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful, they really look after their guests and help to arrange various transport to wherever you need to go. The Sri Lankan hoppers at breakfast were also probably some of the best hoppers I’ve had in Sri Lanka and I’ve had a lot! Also their homemade pineapple jam is so good!! Thank you so much, I would definitely recommend!

Great stay!!

a very pleasant bed and breakfast of just a few rooms. A good welcome with tea, coffee and biscuits. Ours was a good size room and reserved as a view room which it had over the city. TV, a/c, no kettle or fridge. A well finished modern room spotlessly clean. On a hill overlooking the city but not too onerous a walk into the centre, maybe 20 minutes. Uphill I preferred the 400 rupee, $2, tuk tuk ride. Breakfast was Sri Lankan, hoppers, egg and whatever else you made of the others with jam or savoury fillings. tea, coffee and water. Not extensive but sufficient. Good value and a nice stay. Unfortunately no cold beers after a long day sight-seeing.

A very pleasant stay

The guest house was everything we had hoped for, clean, tidy and fresh. The host lalith is such a nice friendly guy, 110% attentive, informative. He arranged for local transport and put us in touch with Mr Gamini, taxi driver who we hired for 2 days for little in return. 
Lalith is an excellent cook who accommodated my coeliac disease, gluten allergy without any issues. 
Thoroughly recommend this accomodation.

Top place to stay in Kandy

I arrived here on my 3rd day in Sri Lanka. The hosts were very welcoming, provided me with a very nice, clean room that had a great view to the city & lake. The hotel is close to the city center and the Buddha tooth temple. Next day - as I was leaving early, my hosts packed me a great, take-away breakfast. Strongly recommend as place to stay in Kandi!

Excellent place and nice hosts!

We had such a good stay here! 
Staff was very, very nice - we received a welcome juice and breakfast was more than plenty with fresh ingredients, home made jam etc. 
The room was very spacious, with a very comfortable bed and great views on the lake! 

They helped us arrange transportation to the train station early in the morning.
We can 100% recommend this :-)
