I loved the place and its so quite and clam I would recommend for travelers Villa got double room, deluxe double rooms also sharing based rooms close to beach and its a small drive to Hikkaduwa main town and to to the pub

Good Place to Stay

for a guesthouse it is quite an expensive one compared to some other guesthouses in Hikkaduwa. However, it is a little walk from the main pubs and bars at the beach (so not even best location) and the rooms are not worth the money. No closet in the room, lots of mosquitos, just one plug and very thin walls. Also you have to share your bathroom with other rooms. We were also disappointed by the staff and the breakfast.
It can be a nice place but then they should definitely decrease the rate of the rooms.

not value for money

I booked my first two nights stay in Sri Lanka at Hoja villa. Was looking forward to staying because of its location, quality of rooms and balconies. However I was greeted by the owner (possibly) at the junction of the main galle road and told that the hotel was not available. Instead I was taken to an air bnb rental called summer green. The reason for this was because renovations had overrun at hoja villa. I cannot verify this because I never saw inside of the accommodation. Very disappointed that I couldn't stay there.
