I found this hotel on my road and was finally so happy about it ! The owner is so kind, he has a tuktuk and you can find bikes there. 
The room was simple but great with good wifi and bed and a nice price!! 
If I come back, I will come again at your place. thanks for everything :)

We spend 4 nights in Anuradhapura for sight seeing and safari. The rooms are as descirbed in the other comments simple but with a fair price. The beds are clean and the nights are despited the nearby road very quiet.
What makes this place so special is the owner and his staff. They were extremly friendly and the owner was amazingly helpfull. He organized a guide for a visit to Wilpatu National Park. The park is big and not owercrowded with tourists. Due to the experienced guide we were able to see a bathing elefant, the sri lankan sloth bear and many animals more. The owner is happy to organise your trip and arange a cheaper price than you will be able to.
I would stay at this place again.

The room was just fine, we had all we needed, clean and comfortable bed. The owner is very cool and chill guy, our every request was met with a smile, for the tours ask him to call his friend Sava, the guy knows everything about everything and has a very good price as well. 

Great place to stay. Owner is super friendly, always smiling and will go out of his way to help. Rooms simple, comparable to other cities, but found bathroom slightly more modern and clean. Price was fair, owner happy to haggle. Convenient location. Food was nice and well priced for hotel. Would happily stay again. Recommended.

Really clean bathroom and comfortable bed complete with towels and toilet paper. Owner ran hotel and kitchen all with a smile. He organised someone to help us see the sites of Anuradhapura and drove us to the bus station the next day. He also did our laundry for free. And was constantly checking up on us that we were okay.  Probably slightly over priced for Sri Lanka but we had a lovely stay and would recomend.
