14 reviewsWe had a really enjoyable stay at hotel Nilwala and extended our stay from 2 to 3 nights. We originally were in a standard room, which Shehan communicated before we confirmed as all deluxe rooms were fully booked. We were happy with this and the standard room was clean and comfortable with all the same amenities as the deluxe. We moved to a deluxe room for the last night and this was just as the photos, more modern than the standards but still super clean and a lovely private balcony. Views over the river are just beautiful, it’s a wonderful location. We could walk to one beach locally approx 10mins & we also got a tuk tuk to Bentota beach for 400r. We ate a couple of meals in the hotel and the food was delicious, very freshly prepared and the service great. The team were always friendly and happy to help, we were well looked after. We would definitely come again, thank you Shehan and team.
