Camping Sierra de las Nieves

We stayed at the Camping Sierra de las Nieves in the end of April. The camping area is very small, but there was almost never anyone in the shower facilities at same time. We stayed at a cabin, and there were beds, pillows, blankets, sofa and a little table with seats. The cabin was clean, but quite dark, but there was a little light and a plug. It was very basic and not pretty, but we were not expecting a hotel with a that price. It was better than sleeping in a tent, because it was a little bit cold early in the morning. It was sleeping while listening birds singing. Toilets and showers were quite clean, and there was toilet paper almost always available. Be careful not to burn yourself when you go to the shower for the first time. Free wifi worked quite well all the time. We ate once in the restaurant and also ate breakfast there. It's quite good value for money, if you are too tired to go to the center of Yunquera or other place. The service is excellent in the restaurant, and the woman working there was always very friendly. However, I wouldn't stay all the day in the camping. It's good place to start hiking early, if you come from far away. The first day after arriving we went to see Río Grande, and the next day we did Torrecilla hiking trail, which is very recommended if you want to spend a day in nature with stunning views!
