First, a cleaning girl came by at 2 p.m. and unannounced, opening with the key (to leave some towels).The next morning, as we were leaving the apartment, we came out a little late and were called more than 5 times pressuring us to leave the room.I felt disrespectful, when at the first call I said we would leave immediately.

Accommodation for 1 night

Having booked in April and ordering a wedding bed, we found ourselves at the entrance with two 90-beds that were two half-pipes.Aside from this lack of shame, the dirt and deterioration of the room, the hacienda worthy of the Monster family.Dirty blankets, a ruined sofa, a toilet that you had to take your leg out of, salpicones, knowing what fluid in the walls, decoctions, ruined furniture, a sink with the closed lid... A dream come true, let's go.

Color and characterism.

The cleaning leaves much to be desired....The curtains stand alone....the blanket...which thank God I wouldn't have needed in the heat of the moment...I wouldn't have used it even if I was paid....it's totally dirty....The spare pillow is bottomless....so you can see the time it takes without washing it too.....I mean whether they want to or not...or can't put on air conditioning but leave a fan that looks like you have a helicopter in the apartment and you can't sleep either.The kitchen drawer is scarce.....the covers and the fridge aren't clean...the microwave is full of rice residue.....the rest is no longer my favorite because it was for one night and I'm coming to clean and clean the apartments....I don't know if we could stay out but we'd be more than happy if we could go back to the apartment...but if we could get back to the apartment tomorrow...I'm sure it would be nice to see you and I'd like to see you again...but if you're not going back to the apartment tomorrow...I'm sure it would be

On the same day of the booking, two hours before check-in, I received a message from the hotel explaining that due to the odds they had the night before, I was required to bail out 300 euros, when nowhere was that stipulated, or to notify me in advance.I responded politely by telling them that it was unacceptable for me to be asked for that amount, to which they replied by saying that if not, they would cancel the reservation.I went to the hotel to ask for a form of complaint because for me what happened was acceptable to the receptionist and I was treated very disrespectfully, being rude, denying this kindness, and denying that it was possible to intervene with the police, but I also thought that after the proper reception of the hotel, I was not obliged to make a proper reservation.

This is the last time I've ever had a weight loss event.

The apartment in which we were staying could not be said to have been clean, but neither was it very clean, truth be told.The kitchen sinks apart from the few, some were not clean, one of the pots full of mouthmarks, the oldest impossible pan, the extractor bell full of fat, gave the feeling that they cleaned a little above so that it would generally be cleaned.The bathroom, without perches to hang the towels, some hole in the wall without embellisher, in the sink can barely put things...finally, a little uncomfortable.The shower is quite good.It is close enough to the tram to go to the center and many bars around.

The size of the apartment is fine, the kitchen is a little fair and generally needs a handful of painting and some fixing. One thing is that they admit dogs and these days it's crowded, there are days that they don't stop barking and it's pretty uncomfortable.

Our stay lasted for two months. We have rooms suitable for disabled people. A modern, well-decorated apartment, with a two-bedroom and embroidered closet, American kitchen and living room with sofa bed. They gave us all the facilities, and left us all the things we needed. The cleaning and maintenance staff were lovely and very professional. The reception girls helped us in everything. In short, a very advisable place and with good quality price for large rooms. There is a pizza next door and several bars nearby. There is also an express carriageway about 100 meters away.

Two-month stay

Apartments are excellently equipped with everything necessary for stays such as long cones and short cones.In a pleasant and quiet area 15 minutes from the center.It is good for visiting alone, with friends or with family as it has different types and sizes of rooms.Very recommended.

Good location and comfort.

The apartments are very nice. It needs a handful of paint, but they are comfortable and have everything you need. The bathroom is very nice. Everything is clean and cozy in a city where it always rains. Perhaps the kitchen is somewhat under-supplied. I had to buy kitchen bins and an exprimer. Its location is a bit far from downtown, but it has the advantage that three blocks beyond meets one with nature and the river. For a long stay somewhat expensive. 62 euros per night for a person.

Pleasant apartments, though somewhat expensive.

The location is very good, so what you want is to go to Vitoria to see the Basque Country. It is close to the highway exits. On the other hand, it is in a quiet area where there is a supermarket, pharmacy and cafe nearby. The apartments are complete and comfortable. Clean and equipped. Repetition will return to Vitoria.
