Our stay could not have been better. Communication through WhatsApp was amazing, even before we arrived. Staff were really helpful and recommended local parking as our car was too long to fit in the hotel car park's lift. We used the car park under the central market which was really easy to get to, minutes to walk to the hotel and cost about the same as the hotel car park. We stayed in the Penthouse which was very spacious and well equipped. Beds were super comfortable and there are two excellent bathrooms. The Penthouse has a private terrace which we couldn't use as it was too hot and noisy, due to it being surrounded by all the ducting for air-conditioning; this was only minor and didn't spoil our stay in any way. We had an issue with our room being incredibly hot and despite trying to turn the air-conditioning down, we couldn't cool the room. One call to Reception and they sorted it immediately and our room was lovely and cool. The hotel is really well located in the heart of the historic centre, making it really easy to walk and see so much. All staff were really friendly and welcoming, but special mention to the member of staff who checked us in on the day we arrived; she was super friendly and welcoming, and made a point of talking to us each day of our stay. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we can't wait to return.
