Ferrer Lime Isabel

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 10 day stay at Aparthotel Ferrer Lime Isabel in Cala Bona, and I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were outstanding – always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, and they really went out of their way to make sure guests were looked after. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience you have. On the subject of the staff, unfortunately during our stay one of our family members ended up needing to be rushed to hospital, during our emergency the staff were absolutely outstanding (the receptionists and the manager) with making sure our family member got the best care available, they even arranged for a Doctor and Nurse to come to the hotel from a local surgery as they thought they may attend faster than the ambulance, as it turned out they arrived within minutes of each other. The manager of the hotel was outstanding throughout, and he even arranged for the room to be cleaned a second time that day so it was ready when we returned from the hospital AND insisted that food was put aside for us when we returned from the hospital. Thankfully our family member was all okay and returned to a very warm welcome from all staff two days after the emergency. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of storage and a lovely balcony. Housekeeping came daily, and towels were changed regularly – everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The food was great too – varied, well-cooked, and always replenished. Whether you’re a picky eater or enjoy trying different things, the buffet had something for everyone. We especially appreciated the themed nights and the quality of the hot dishes. The pool area was spotless, with plenty of loungers and a relaxed atmosphere. There’s also a small children’s pool and a playground, which is perfect if you’re travelling as a family. The free shuttle to Cala Millor beach was a brilliant bonus and ran regularly throughout the day. One thing that stood out was the little details – like how polite and professional the waiting staff were in the dining room, to how the public areas were always kept tidy and welcoming. It’s these thoughtful touches that made the stay feel a notch above a typical 3-star hotel. This place is a real gem – peaceful, friendly, and great value for money. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and are already thinking about booking again for next year! This is was my first time, but the rest of the family have been to this hotel 6 times previously, it’s not hard to see why they love the place so much.
