i was so worried about this hotel after reading the reviews BUT, stayed here from the 16th of august 2023 for 7 days with my partner and brother in-law, both our rooms were clean,big and spacious, balcony’s on both aswell. our rooms were cleaned daily. the food is all much of muchness when all inclusive, the snack bar is open when the restaurant is closed, food from that is banging and clean. some of the staff were i wouldn’t say the staff are rude at all, our friend got heat stroke 1 day and i could not thank the staff for all the help and support we got from them so thank you so much guys!! amazing team work!! the entertainment is good. the pools ok both sides are clean and there is never a fight for a sun lounger even though it was peak season, i don’t know why there are so many bad reviews for this hotel, we have booked to return next august and can’t wait to go back:) thank you all at 4r park resort on both sides, see you again in august 2024 :)
