I had an apartment on the third floor with no lift, so this place is not good with small kids or if you have other trouble with steps or carrying suitcases or drinking water. The apartment was spacious and clean, but quite basic. The balcony was superb, large with a dining table, sunbeds and an umbrella. In January nights are not warm and there is no heating, so warm pyjamas and socks are necessary! The beach and most of the shops and restaurants are some 1,5 km away, nice excercise!
