9744 reviewsWe stayed here in early August for 10 days with my wife and two children ( 15 & 12 ) in a half board, sea view room with the unique package. Our room was large and had a main bedroom with a lounge/2nd bedroom that had a sofa bed. We requested a 'roll away' bed so the kids didn't have to share. The room was otherwise spotless and large enough for our needs. The hotel itself is large but extremely well maintained and overall very impressive. There is one very large main infinity pool where activities occur such as water aerobics etc. The second pool is a very large lazy river style with a swim up bar. There is a regular swimming pool and a 4th pool just for the use of 'unique' guests. There are loads of sunbeds and it was very refreshing to be able to come to the pool at 8.30/9am and still see loads of beds available. It's not necessary to come down at 6am just to nab the best beds. Staff are fantastic and coming round the beds to offer drinks etc. There are a number of bars available serving food for lunch ( hamburgers/ spare ribs / sandwiches etc ). You can also go out the back of the hotel and get a takeaway pizza to bring it back. The buffet is enormous and feels like it's 100 metres long with individual stations serving everything imaginable. It can get pretty busy but the queues move pretty quickly. As best as I can tell the standard of food seemed very high and different choices each night. There is a separate italian restaurant which we went to but weren't massive fans of it - there was nothing wrong with it, it just didn't do much for us. Otherwise there are a few other restaurants that are attached to the hotel but not part of the hotel - a Japanese place and a steak place. Otherwise there is entertainment each evening, a magic show, acrobatics, a tribute band etc. All good fun. In terms of location, out the back and front of the hotel there are loads of shops and restaurants. We hired a car from the hotel and visited a few local towns for some days out. You do have to pay for hotel parking (16 Euro's a day ). I would definitely return here - the grounds are beautiful, staff are great and we had a very relaxing time. Top tip - if you take the unique package, contact the hotel in advance and they will arrange a taxi to pick you up from the airport and take you back. I didn't realize this and found out by accident.
