This property is really clean, staff is friendly and it’s super close to La gran via!

You can walk to Gran Via and touristic areas

You honestly cant get a better hotel in Madrid for the price that you're paying! Youre literally in the heart of Madrid. With that being said, most of the tourist attractions are walking distance. As far as the hotel room, it had a Comfortable bed, strong A/C (definitely a must if you're visiting during the summer), decent sized restroom with a great shower. This is the first place I would try to book if I come back to Madrid.

I was pleasantly surprised of the pretty comfortable double bed in my room. The mattress felt like a memory mattress, but don't know if I'm right? I was pretty tired and was able to sleep without interruptions throughout the night, and much longer than expected, so that was a welcomed, unexpected experience. No noise either, as my window was facing the inner yard away drom the street, and for sure also due to the time of the year when no major tourism was occurring, it was quiet. So, all and all, a good experience. Just one side note about the service bought through the hotel - the pre-ordered breakfast, that was a disappointment. No coffee. No other hot drink/tea either. Had I known it's not included (as the gluten-free option did not mention anything about that) I certainly wouldn't have bothered to order anything. I enjoyed my breakfast in a cafe instead on my way out..

Better than expected, on a good location

This 1-person room was cheap and at the best location = great value, if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in the room.You can walk anywhere in the center from here, but also really easily take the metro to go further (incl. to Barajas Airport). Room itself was really basic, but everything worked, including self-check-in around at 9:30 PM.Some things to consider: -The noises of other rooms can be heard pretty well. Didn't bother me, but there is always a risk of a noisy neighbor :)-WC of this 1-person room doesn't have a door, it's in the same space with the bed.

Great value

The property is super well located. Remote check in was easy and the only thing I struggled with a bit was opening the keybox that contained the keys to the room - but mostly out of my own lack of motor skills I guess. The room and bathroom are not super spacious but are correct for a 1 star hotel. Bathroom seems to be freshly renovated and room was not bad either. Has all amenities you need for a hotel that level. Bed is comfortable and shower has good pressure. The only issue I found was that indeed the room was not at all soundproof so you could hear the people in the corridor/other rooms. Perhaps not a good option for longer stays but for me who was there for just one night, it was amazing price/quality ratio.

a few minutes walk from station it have 10steps up to the street ,its the tips for uthe apartment a bit old and looks same as the pic dont put high expectations,  everything was standard,  they dont change the bed sheet and refill the bathroom ' stuff every day so u have to rquest & the mattress not hard enough thought it should be used for a while.....the nice things was the shower very strong, have coffee machine & some cakes in the room , many restaurants & bars around by the way they provide the service of storage with yr luggages in case u need

Good location & others just standard

I was positively surprised with my stay at this hostel. It was clean, comfortable and in a really good location for exploring the city. Memory foam pillows, clean towels and a coffee machine in the room. Receptionists speak quite good English and are welcoming. My only comment would be that a safe in the room or at reception would be a great addition  as you don’t want to be carrying around your passport or all your cash when you are out and about. I would definitely stay again.

Great hostel, highly recommended

The hotel itself was simple and nice with 24 hour reception. Compared to others in Madrid for the same price that I stayed at, I liked this one better. They offered complimentary coffee and tea in the rooms. The shower's water pressure was strong and nice. The only thing was that the bathroom in our room was not flushed and it got clogged VERY easily. Oh, and the walls were a bit thin.

All fantastic. Great staff and nice rooms. Perfect location. Just to point out the shower. It's a small bathroom but does the trick. The problem is in my room the drainage didn't work properly so just one shower meant a flooding of the whole bathroom and part of the outside even laying towels on the ground. You guys should fix that with a simple blocked toilet clean liquid.

Great stay for location/price

Property is clean, well located, good staff but extremely small rooms! Specially beds and bathrooms!
