one word excellent! this place is very clean and very good location, I book a deluxe room and it was truly deluxe , at times a little noisy because of the location on gran via but not a big deal , check in was very nice my room was ready early and the staff at that time was very good ,after that the staff was not that great , not as friendly , but I must mention the very nice guy in the cafeteria Juanma I think was his name , the rest of the staff needs to learn from him , it was almost perfect but some of the staff was not as friendly not bad just not as friendly, I will give this hotel a 4.8 out 5
