When the coached pull up at the hotel I thought please don't let this be our hotel. It was and we all thought omg what did we book. When we got to our rooms, which was by the big kids pool we were also disappointed. We came away without our children. We asked to be moved and the hotel was very accommodating. We were put nearer the quieter pool, which was lovely. The food was great every day there was something for everyone, especially children. The beds were very comfortable, I've stayed in a 5* Rui and the beds here were so much more comfortable than a Rui. The facilities for a family holiday with children are great. The evening entertainment was good although didn't last for long, but again better than some higher star rating hotels that I have stayed in. Excellent for a 3 star hotel, the staff are also very nice. Also try the Spa, I had one of the best massages I've ever had, the lady was lovely. Overall a great holiday and would definitely return.
