Casa Cosculluela

comfortable and spacious flat (120m2), we really enjoyed 3 balconies and a panoramic view from the bedroom, Usana is a small settlement, so you depend on a car, but it´s only a few minutes drive to Aínsa, the owner is kind and everything went smoothly, so this was a great base for our stay in Aínsa

this old renovated farm is 3 minutes from Ainsa located on a hill that overlooks Ainsa.
the rooms are very big, very clean and most imprtant very comfortable. they only speeaks spanish but hands movement solve it all.

Early June 2017 we stayed 10 days in one of the beautifully restored authentic Spanish apartments (no.5) of Casa Cosculluela in Usana 2 miles from Ainsa. (originally we booked 5 days but were lucky that we could extend our stay with another 5 days). A very complete kitchen annex nice living room with flat screen tv and upstairs a beautiful bathroom (with Jacuzzi) and large bedroom (bed size 2.00 x 2.20 m). 
Usana is a perfect location to explore the Spanish Pyrenees and the kind lady of the tourist information office in Ainsa was very helpful with finding the most beautiful and impressive places for hiking at max 1 hour by car from Ainsa. Nature (flora and fauna with many vultures) is incredible. Lats but not least, the managers Lola and Luis were kind and helpful but only speak Spanish). The village of Ainsa has a nice small historic center and various restaurants which are waiting for you for dinner (but not before 9:30 pm !).
We were there early June and it was very quiet but we have no idea whether the complex will be noisy in the high season when families with children will come.
For shopping and museums you will have to travel a little further i.e. to the nice city of Huesca (max 1.5 hours).

This is not a hotel, is a set of houses very well equiped, located outside Ainsa (5 minutes by car, 20 walking). We traveled with another couple and got a house with 2 rooms with 2 individual beds each, however one room was "the good one" and the other was more like "the kids room" so the comfort was not even for both couples. Nevertheless the stay was good and the great views are stunning.
We went in winter so it was great to have a fireplace with timber available. Remember to go to the ATM before since they do not accept credit or debit cards.

This place is a set of rural houses in a town near Ainsa (5 minutes driving, 20 minutes walking to the town), the facilities are new, they have everything that you need to prepare your own food and feel like home, even a fireplace with some timber available for free. It is not a hotel, so nobody will come in to clean your room.
The only bad point is that they offered two romos with two beds, but one we arrived we realized that one of the rooms had only one bed for adult and the other one was more like a bed for kids, very tiny.
For the rest, everything was good and the staff was friendly. Oh! remember to take money with you since they do not accept credit cards.
