We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the scenic peacefulness of the place. The small pool, lawn for football, table tennis, and farm animals kept our kids entertained. Breakfast is really nice with local and homemade produce - we really liked Albas lemon jam. Dinner is true to the concept and is basic, but well made. Mas Duran is a good base for trips to Figueres and Besalu. Make sure to also visit the Gala Dalí castle in Pubol, just a km away. Pedro and Alba are super hosts and if you visit Catalonia and want a less touristy experience you should definitely consider staying at Mas Duran
