Hotel La Salmonera

We stayed here for two nights, the woman in charge is very charming and gave us good tips about the touristic visits we wanted to do around, she prepared cake every morning as part of the breakfast. (I know, it is not important for a hotel but I can't forget that cake!) The hotel has a good parking, and if you are lucky you will get a nice view to the mountain, but you have to take care of two things: 1. If you need complete silence to sleep, maybe you will be bothered by the sound of the cars passing through the highway (during the night is almost nothing), for me was not a problem, but maybe more sensitive people would have problems to sleep. 2. Some rooms (those on the second floor) have very low ceiling, and it can be a problem for tall people (see the pictures), I had problems standing in front of the WC... you know, but the shower has not problems (if you are not 1.90 m or taller) The rooms were clean, the warm water was working perfectly and it is located very close to Cangas de Onís.
