FERGUS Bermudas

We had the best time at Fergus Bermudas! We're a couple with a three-year-old daughter, and this hotel was just right for us. It’s a smaller-sized hotel, which made everything feel more relaxed and manageable. The whole place was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Room Our room was perfect – really spacious and comfortable. We had two singles pushed together as a double and a sofa bed that converted into a single. We actually pushed all three beds together, which worked perfectly for our little family. The beds were comfy, the shower was great, and everything was kept beautifully clean. The housekeeping staff were so lovely and always cheerful. We had a pool view room and were a bit concerned about evening noise from the entertainment, but it was never loud or disruptive – just a nice background buzz. Food The food exceeded our expectations. We stayed all-inclusive for five nights and didn’t get bored once. There was always a good variety, it was fresh, and we never had to queue. It was great to have an early breakfast option available on the morning of our departure, too – such a thoughtful touch. Pool The pool area was ideal for us. While there are no slides or splash zones, the children’s pool was just right for our little one. The depth was perfect for her to gain confidence, and we brought some pool toys which kept her happily entertained all day long. We did end up reserving sunbeds around 8am to get one close to the kids’ pool – it just made things easier – but even during peak times, there were generally plenty available. Entertainment We didn’t experience much of the evening entertainment as we were usually in bed early with our daughter, but the daytime activities around the pool looked like a lot of fun. Water polo, table tennis, water aerobics – lots going on if you want to join in, but equally easy to just relax and do your own thing. Location The location is fantastic. It feels peaceful and tucked away, yet you’re right in the heart of Palma Nova. There are shops, a lovely park, and two gorgeous beaches just a two-minute walk from the hotel’s back entrance. It’s the best of both worlds – quiet but super convenient. Overall We honestly cannot fault this hotel. If you're after a clean, calm, family-friendly hotel with great food and a brilliant location, this is the place. We loved our time here and would happily come back again!
