This is not a bad hostel, especially at the price. It is well located, being on a main road into the city centre and with good amenities nearby. However, our room was falling apart (loose fittings), there was no lock on the toilet door, and for some reason, the toilet was raised on a plinth (giving a new meaning to spending time on the throne). The room  must have last been decorated somewhere in the mid 70s. No wifi at all and there is no 24-hour reception, as advertised. However, despite its shortcomings, the receptionist was friendly and helpful and we would certainly consider staying there again.

You’re definitely not at the Hilton

Cigarette smoke smell, toilet smell, trying to hide smells with strong irritating perfume, had to wait 10 mins for receptionist to arrive, no refund even without staying at the hostel and after all this bad experience.

Terrible experience

We stayed at this hostel for a visit to a few friends.It is a 20-minute walk from the cathedral and a 15-minute walk from the Museum of Human Evolution.It is ideal for families for its price.In addition, it admits pets and has bicycle accommodation, as it is located in the middle of the Camino de Santiago.

Stunning in terms of quality - price.

A hostel that should be a boarding house, with little cleaning, and adequate accommodation for two people.There is no parking and in the area it is quite difficult to park.The good thing is a bus stop at the door, to get to the center, and many cafes and restaurants where you can have breakfast and eat around the hostel.

The only thing that stands out is the sympathy of the person who waited for us on arrival.The portal was rancio, the room we were touching, had the rotten saunas and other spotted with something red named.The chained table and the very old and poorly maintained bathroom.The table of the TV and a table with breadcrumbs.The windows were very old and could hardly be closed well.The cord of the persiana with a lot of dirt.Finally the experience 😭😭.

No recommended for families or couples.

The hostel is simple but very nice, the cleanliness is extraordinary and the staff is also great, there is a bus at the door that takes you to the center, so it is very convenient, the receptionist gave us a plan and explained everything very well.

Very good for their price.

Catching snails. Adding two small beds to turn a classic room into a four-bedroom, and taking advantage of it to double the rate, I call it cheating. Bathroom unworthy of a hotel. Lack of air conditioning, not even a small ventilator. For summer temperatures, a little limit. Lack of the receptionist when we arrived (19h), fortunately one of our packages was international (so off-package rates) to reach an interlocutor with whom you had to speak Spanish. (Luckily, I had QQ notions.) Check your Spanish and English; French is said to be practiced (not by all!)

The art and how to double the rates by adding 2 little beds in a corner!

Two-day break in our Spanish trip. one bedroom bed 2 seats for parents, one bedroom 2 beds for teenagers (with bathtub they loved) old style but we are in the small prices Grand free parking behind, direct bus line just below. wifi Ok the restaurant below is sweat nice. voila for the positive on the other hand: lit 2 seats tres soft and noisy. no sound insulation tobacco hole in the hallway disappearance of a USB switch.

Two nights is pretty much enough.

We took a short break there. We were two families on our way to Portugal and we also wanted to see the city for a short while. On the staircase there was a smell of mold but it was no longer inside. The bedding was clean and simple. The towels were old and smelled of cheap detergents. The hygiene in the bathroom was acceptable but it could be improved. By bus you can get to the center in five minutes. The staff were very nice.
