Beautiful hotel. Loved the location, close enough to La Ramblas but not too close it’s noisy. 5 minute walk to metro station, and about 10 minutes to gothic quarter. Staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. They helped with train information and taxi to airport booking. Pool area was clean, modern and well maintained. Breakfast had so many continental options and was delicious. We went as a group of friends and it was great but I would also return and take my children as it was just great. Only slight downside for us was there was no bar/soft drinks served during the day by the pool, which meant you had to walk down the road for any drinks if you were at the hotel in the day. The bar was only open on weekends. Opening the bar for drinks/ soft drinks would have been lovely in the afternoon and evenings as the space on the roof was so lovely . Even a vending machine with water would have helped.
