Inyeon

First time to Jeonju without a clue about what to expect and wasn’t expecting the cold either but the warmth and hospitality that Jenny and her husband extended to us made up for everything. Booked this on Agoda and was excited to stay in a Hanok and an ondol — best experience ever, although my husband would say otherwise. The room we stayed at was absolutely tiny, given that we had so many luggage bags. Hardly any room to move about but everything was clean and nice. The heated flooring meant that the room was always toasty. Sleeping on the floor for two nights was a novelty but the husband caved on the second night and begged for a mattress. Jenny’s husband greeted us upon arrival and we were taken by surprise! What a lovely welcome to Jeonju. We had the chance to meet with Jenny, who runs the guesthouse with her husband, and she offered the best food suggestions. We had an amazing time in Jeonju, thanks to Jenny and her husband! I can’t wait to go back again ;)
