The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They kept the common areas very clean and it felt comfortable spending time and enjoying a cup of coffee. I would highly recommend

The only discomfort for me is that the air-conditioner is placed immediately above my bed and so the wind keeps blowing above my head.  Otherwise, it's conveniently located with car parking facility, good breakfast and washing machines.

Friendly staff and nice hotel that gives the vibe of a youth hostel, but still very quiet en peacefull. You have a kitchen, laundry service and a nice resting zone at the main floor. Attractions: 10 to 20 min walking distance from the Tombs. It is a bit further from the palace and Wolji pond but still doable if you like to walk through a beautiful park.

Great deal. Room was very clean. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dryer, towels, soap, bottled water, and slippers provided. Soundproofing of the room was good and bed was not too hard. Only two pillows provided. Free WiFi worked great. The TV has movies but I think you need to pay for them. Free breakfast was served 8-10am. It was delicious with fruit, bread, yogurt, cereal, eggs, coffee, milk, juice, etc. Staff was friendly but didn’t speak English well. However, they gave us a paper with all the necessary info about the hotel in English. They let us store our luggage in the lobby during the morning as we arrived before check-in time. Location was very convenient as it was within walking distance to the express bus terminal, many restaurants and cafes, and a few of the historical sites. Overall, this was the best budget-friendly hotel that I’ve stayed at in Korea during two years. Highly recommend!

Great location for walking to all the sites and catching bus number 10. Close to shops and restaurants too. The room and common areas were very clean and the breakfasts were great.

Stayed a comfortable 2 nights. Room was very clean and the lady at the front desk was friendly. They provided towels and water each day. The only downside for me is the brightness of the lights on the control panel on the wall. I couldn’t figure out a way to cover it for complete darkness at bedtime. On the plus side, it was very quiet.

This is not a hotel, even a 'mini' one in any sense of the word; but it is a very good quality, clean and simple guesthouse. The room was compact, but very clean, as was the decent-sized bathroom. Water was replaced daily, and so were towels, although we would prefer large ones to the small ones provided. A shower curtain or screen would also be better. WiFi was really quick. The room didn't have much storage or hanging space and the bracket for the TV was much too low. There were no sockets close to the beds, nor any bedside tables. Breakfast was simple: cereal, toast, butter, jam, instant coffee, orange juice and eggs that you could make youself. However, the kitchen was only available from 8am - 9.30am so this place wouldn't work for people wanting anything other than eggs, which were the only thing that the pans were allowed for, or to cook for themselves at other times. It is a short walk to the central attractions or to bus stops and the bus stations. Overall a perfectly decent guesthouse, but if it claims to be a hotel it needs to offer a bit more of what one might expect in one.

The staff provided with a mai which clearly indicated the location. For Gyengiu you need Naver, other navigators do not work. The room was clean and big, they even cleaned it after one night. You can cook your own breakfast in the morning which is included in the price of the room, the location is close to all buses either to arrive or to visit in the city. It is true that the staff does not speak English but they helped me get a taxi to the KTX station to Seoul.

Good value for money for your stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was limited, and the only cooked option was eggs and toast that guests needed to cook themselves, although the food and drinks were very good quality. The hotel is located very close to the bus stations, bicycle rentals are available nearby and there are also lots of restaurants nearby too. The bedroom was very spacious and the en-suite bathroom was great with a very powerful shower. It was also very good value for money.

Quite a challenge to go to the actual hotel as the area had endless turns - but thanks to Naver Map, that's been taken care of. 

The staff at the front desk helped us with the adapter, so thank you for that! 

The property was clean and well-maintained, and easy to go around as the bus stops are nearby.

The family room was not very big but can accommodate 3 people comfortably.  There was no kettle or amenities like bedroom slippers in the room.  Towels were small but sufficient to dry oneself.  There was a big communal area on the ground floor with dining facilities.  Breakfast is free from 8 to 9.30am with simple food like bread and cereals and milk and juices.  Toaster ovens and pans are available for use with eggs provided.

Check in was speedy.Made coffee in the evening n looking for milk. She opened a new packet n gave to me.Toothbrush and shaver available for free n placed on a table near kitchen.Breakfast provided. Very good price. Centrally located within minutes from intercity bus station. From the same bus station can take bus 11 or 10 to historical places n Bulguksa Temple.

Clean, new and good value.

Location - We selected this place because it was approximately 4 mins walk from the bus terminal based on Naver map.  We end up driving and it feels really near to the bus terminal as we saw the terminal right after a few turns.
Room - Quite spacious, and clean. Bed was decent. The ondols are also comfy (according to my friend who choose the ondol room). There's not enough hooks/hangers to put up clothes for 2 person. The room number are written on the floor. 
Bathroom - Spacious and clean. Would be better to have a shower screen as the whole bathroom floor was entirely wet for the next user. Only 1 tower rail. No enough hooks to put your clothes during shower. 
Breakfast - The spread was reasonable with free flow of bread, jam, butter, cereal, milk, and eggs. You cook your own eggs and clean up after yourself. The eating area was spacious just like a mini school canteen.
Staff - All the staff was nice and friendly. Speak decent English.
Parking - There's parking space in front of the place. The staff will help you to park the car nicely. Due to limited space, the cars are double/triple parked, so you need to give the staff your car keys.
