The motel is on the 4th floor of a run down building. There is NO elevator. The main stairwell looks terrible, but once you are on the motel's floor, you are in good hands. It is a clean and quiet space. My room was spacious and clean. the bathroom was big and very clean. The towels provided and the amenities are as described on their site. They also provide you with water bottles, coffee, free wifi, cable tv, a good bed, and an good working AC. The staff spoke good English and was very polite and helpful. The location of this motel is amazing, right next to the Daejeon Express Bus Terminal. The city buses also pass in front of this terminal. The terminal has a bank, a supermarket, restaurants, stores, and connections to all major cities including an express bus to Incheon airport. Highly recommend this motel.
