Stayed here for one night. Lobby was misleadingly cheesy looking. Room was modern and clean. I had reserved through Trip.com, but my dates unexpectedly changed. I paid for a room with no changes or cancellations allowed. I called the hotel, and was helped by a kind person named 배자윤. She was able to change my dates. I was so relieved and moved by her kindness. Will definitely stay here again!
