After booking in, I saw that our room did not have a/c, the fan is pathetic and there is an alternative fan to use with a 2 point plug, but the only one available is at the top of the tv which is very far from the double bed. Overall I expected a lot more from Franka as it was a friend advising me to go there. The bath faucet doesn't show which side is hot and cold and is also not fitted for the place it was installed, so with a mission I got it right, but it is not to the standard that I expected from this guesthouse. I was extremely dissapointed. The garden is stunning, and the property is beautiful.
