At first glance, this house has a wonderful location, right on the Anse possession overlooking the sea. But unfortunately, the house is in a rather decayed state. Dark, muffled, wet. Swollen doors, casings. No door closing. A kitchen that doesn't deserve the name. Rusty stove, rudimentary equipment. Climate doesn't work, wireless is very scarce. A manager who is never accessible. On one side of the plot a stinking sewer that flows directly into the sea. Usually on the sea. On the other side a street, upper village. This street leads directly to the island of Seychelles and is frequented by night and day by drug users.

Not recommended

There's a lot of things that need repairing, we couldn't use a closet. The fans didn't go, the cloak was a fake and: it wasn't clean. Some windows were barely visible, and the worst part: the bedding (inlet) completely stank. The whole bedroom was so neat. Also, the floor covering was stained and tidy. We didn't smell at all. We had an impression that there was really no sunscreen, and there was only one.

The cottage needs renovation, don't book!

The first impression of the accommodation was just wow...
The house is very spacious and has a nice terrace. The associated garden is also very large.
Unfortunately, the accommodation wasn't quite as clean as others in the Seychelles... The hand soap in the bathroom was never refilled and the kitchen was poorly equipped. In the kitchen there was only cold water and when taking a shower you initially had boiling hot water for 5 minutes after which it was freezing cold.
The landlord wanted to greet us in the afternoon, but didn't show up. Only after a phone call did he stop by.
Basically, the accommodation is in a quiet location, but can be very noisy at night. The location of the property is almost perfect. Unfortunately, shopping for groceries is a bit difficult (a car is an advantage). I would generally recommend a car on Praslin.

It was OK

We highly recommended this accommodation best seaside area near Cote d or town an few km from anse Lazio...super quite area..the owner guarantee best service possible...we suggest to arrange your needs directly with him ..like airport shuttle and boat trip to near island..you ll catch boat right in front of your cottage...you can even get your dinner at cottage..we're Italian and food is a culture for us..and dinner was super tasty better than some restaurant in terms of taste and quantity... with an unbeatable price...marine park cottage will be my first choice ever..if you are lucky to find rooms available do not hesitate to go for it..

Simply the best

We have been in this cottage for 5 days but we would never want to leave! The setting is delicious with a very neat garden, flowers and plants all around, clean, functional and cozy apartment and above all the sea in front! The garden drapes and the starry sky are a perfect end of the day! The distances to Praslin are relative, everything is very close (10 minutes by car from the port, 5 minutes from the beach of the Gold Coast with market and restaurants of various kinds) Anse Possession in front of the cottage offers live scenarios at any time of the day while the wonderful beach of Anse Lazio is only a few kilometers away. Francis the Bavarian is a very kind and available person (it is a very nice and the premises booked for a few days) Praslin was a very nice and relaxing thing to do in this cottage.

What a lovely living room.

Me and my husband arrived at Praslin with the early ferry and were not aware there would not be a reception at the accomodation, however got in contact with the owner and he was very friendly and had left the key for us. 
The cottage is very clean, has a lovely bathroom and kitchen and a fantastic view over the sea. Such a shame we could only stay for one night!

Fantastic view

First stay and it's a success! Paillote facing the sea, quiet, parking facing, beach accessible on foot at the foot of the rental. 5 minutes from shops. 10 minutes from Anse Lazio and 15 minutes from Fond Ferdinand. Very comfortable and very clean accommodation. It's really nice as a setting. Sea view and walking access, what a better! Thank you Betty, thank you Saint Francis and thank you Bruno. You can see with Francis or Bruno for a boat ride. We could spend the whole day (9h15min) on Curie Island, see the turtles, eat on site, and go scuba diving on Pierre Island, and part of Praslin. It was absolutely wonderful! Thank you for more than 50€/ 200 roupies for the rental of the taxe! I highly recommend this great day for this stay!

It's a corner of heaven.

The bungalow is clean and spacious and very comfortable with a nice terrace in front of the property which is very quiet. Nice bedroom and nice bathroom. Bus stop next door. I highly recommend.

Amazing.

A very spacious house in a beautiful garden with a beautiful view of the sea. A very attentive owner, with good advice on visiting the island. A very well organized tour by the brother and a very good barbecue at Curieuse. Very good quality/price ratio. We were in the family home very well equipped. We were almost home.

Very nice place to rent

Good view, very good service (helped us rent a car that was delivered to our villa) and well equipped kitchen. Big garden with sun beds. A bit far away from supermarkets to walk but you can take the bus just outside on the road. Has a beach in front of the villa. Would recommend!
