Best hotel in Tabuk I like the classic furniture and the garden view also the swimming pool very clean and big, staff friendly I enjoyed my stay there I’m planing to visit Tabuk and sharma soon sure I will stay at Holiday Inn Tabuk

If you prefer the unique hotel experience with charm and some understated sophistication, the Tabuk holiday inn is the place for you. The choice of food was excellent, catering to all tastes. The staff were always welcoming every time you came in or or out of the hotel and offered a great suggestion and greatest location in tabuk. Well done and keep good work. I would like to send a special thanks note to Mohammad Albalawi for the great effort that he did. He assisted me a lot and gave me tips personally. He was a great host and a dedicated hard worker. Thank you Mohammad for the great job. Well done

I would not say this is the best IHG hotel and you can't certainly compare it with the IHG properties of any main city of Saudi Arabia. This is a little old fashioned hotel, one of the best options available in the Tabuk Region. The location is perfect as you can approach any area of the city from this hotel. Rooms and furniture is quite fine and reasonable, and overall staff behaviour is very friendly and warm. The only downfall was, as Gold Elite IHG member, I was just welcomed as any other guest and it wasn't even mentioned. IHG has this history of welcoming any IHG member according to the membership level.

as an IHG member i get an upgrade for a suite and thank for the hotel management on that. it was clean and tidy room. Wifi is good in speed. the beed was very comfortable as i had a good night sleep. 
i will stay here again in my next visit to Tabouk.

Great hotel with great weather and quite. Breakfast is great and swimming pool is in open space. The location of the hotel is great and the price of it is good for me. I love the game area which makes you think and try to play.

IHG Hotel in Tabuk

Our 12 person tour group checked into this hotel at 6 pm. I'm a platinum ICH member. I asked the front desk manager if i could pay to be upgraded to a 1 BR suite. I was told that none were available. One might become available at midnight!!  I checked at the hotel web site and 4 suites were available for today and tomorrow. I called the ICH 800 # who confirmed that four 1-BR suites were available for my 2-day stay. What if i had booked the suite online; would I have had to wait until midnight to get into the room. It's been years since i stayed at a Holiday Inn. We usually stay at Intercontinental Hotels. This experience leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and reflects poorly on Saudi Arabian hospitality.

Confused & Disappointed

Hotel is supposed one of the best in city because of International brand holiday inn but the hotel is old.
Toilet / shower in the morning out a very not pleasant smile and hot water sometimes not consistent.
Not much facilities and very disappointment is SAR 50 charge for airport drop one way which is very expensive, airport is only less 10 minutes.

Old Hotel in Tired City

The Holiday Inn have been terrible. I waited 3 weeks with no reply to my messages. So I finally called them today and now they tell me that they are cancelling my booking due to Ministry of Health!  They never replied to any of my messages and I only know now because I just called them! 
Awful awful service!!
