Makkah Towers

Hi. We are stayed in room 62008. I want to make a special mention to Guest relations advisor, Miss Nada and reception Mr Akram Maghrabi. On arrival, we had a slight issue with the room. It had no dining table and chairs and had a hard floor as it was catered for disabled wheelchair users as my mum is. We requested a change to a similar room with a dining table and chairs and our request was dealt with smoothly and promptly. They took it upon them that my parents felt comfortable and any other issues to directly contact them. They are true assets to your organisation, who know how to deal with customer service efficiently and always have a smile about them. No ask is too much 🙂. In the restaurant managers Shazad Hossain, Hameed as well as waiters Mohammed Parvez and Majid took special care of my elderly disabled parents, constantly at their service. Last but not least, the most important mention deserved is to house keeping boy Mohammed Misbah. No ask is too much & he does and excellent job, albeit by himself. Daily changed the bedding, made the beds, cleaned the wash rooms & vacuumed. Clearly an asset to the team 👌🏼 Please let housekeeping management know that he is a brilliant, hard working colleague with excellent customer service 🙂. He should definitely be given a permanent contract and it's colleagues like him that want to make us return to Makkah Towers.
