Aniva's Place

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Aniva's Place. I'm here on business and am so comfortable that I haven't even bothered to look for a rental. The business owner, Aniva, gives discounted rates for extended stays. I don't see myself leaving until my business here is done. (I've been here for over a month.) Aniva runs a tight ship. Breakfast is always lovely and the kitchen is kept very clean. There are sitting areas scattered about (4 inside the house, by my count) so even if this place were packed, you could still have your own space and conversations with friends. The staff is super helpful. I rarely lock my room unless strangers check in; and often leave my door open here. It's a home. It doesn't feel like a commercial business. Oh! Aniva knows just about everyone on this island, so if you need advice or a contact, she's an excellent resource and an all around great person. Folks from all walks of life are treated with respect here. It's a safe place.
