The hotel staff were dissatisfied, they were left with wishes that the floor would not be too high, because on the upper floors it was VERY hot and airy, they first provided a room on the 15th floor, but then they replaced it. Fire safety is a separate topic... All stairs are closed, electronic keys are not given (just ask for the key to get through the stairs).
