Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Currently, repair works are being carried out on Lomonosova Street. Noise is possible during the daytime.

From begging everything was great, the person who checked us in was good speaking English, was helpful, as my fuence don't speak Russian. The lady who was working there for cleaning was really nice and friendly.
What was bad
The day we was making check out, a lady come to our room and was talking very rude and completely un professional, she was arguing even though I have apologize that we was 15 minute late to make checking out.

Location is good and provide registration for foreigners, but not for free
What was bad
The room didn’t provide shampoo and soap for free, and there’s no air conditioning. The room is a bit small and Wi-Fi doesn’t work well. The window is on the roof so there’s no curtains.
