Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 10:00 - 22:00. The meeting service at the apartment is charged separately: from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM — RUB 500.00, from 09:00 PM to 09:00 AM — RUB 1000.00. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Please note that check-in and key collection are done daily in the office on Karavannaya Street, 7 from 09:00 to 21:00.
Arrival before 9:00 or after 21:00 must be in advance agreed with the administration of check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The credit card you use to guarantee the reservation must be valid for the entire length of the stay.
Please note that upon check-in using the prepaid non-refundable rate, you will need to show the credit card used for the booking.
When you check in, you may be charged a deposit in the amount of 5000 rubles. The deposit is returned in full when leaving, with the safety of the property and the observance of the rules of residence.
