The location is perfect, walking distance to Hermitage, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The room and toilet is clean and comfortable. Checkin is self help style. Communication via WhatsApp. Host will send you password for the electronic lock one day before checkin. Also there are two locks, one for the apartment and one for your room, the apartment door will still be accessible after the checkout time so you can store your luggag

The friendliness of the staff is overwhelming. The hotel is tiny and clean. Since it is relatively new, everything is well installed and working (one sink cannot be cleaned at the moment ...) . The family room is really nice and our kids enjoyed it.
What was bad
When we came the family room was rented to someone else already and we had to wait for it two days. This was the only disappointment ;-) besides one mosquito.

The common area was kept clean, the bed was comfortable. the location is closed to the main sightseeings and metro station.

I was at the main gate being confused about how to get in, you will have to call the number of this property and they will ask for your number and send you messages on whatsapp about door codes for you to self check in.
